Allyson Shepston Bibler
Managing Attorney
Allyson Shepston Bibler, a Summa Cum Laude graduate from Arizona State University, is a graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law at Arizona State University and is a proud Sun Devil! Her practice is focused primarily in the areas of estate planning and probate. For her planning clients, she develops a comprehensive estate plan which may include trusts, wills, powers of attorney, advanced health care directives (living wills) and more. For her probate clients, she handles all the court work and requirements, and she helps clients to navigate through the probate process which can be timely and daunting. She does all she can to make it easier on her clients, guiding them through the entire process from beginning to end. She understands that each client brings a unique set of life circumstances and needs that must be addressed independently through a client centered, client tailored approach. She maintains that estate planning is not just for wealthy people; it’s really more like life planning, and it’s for almost everyone.
Mrs. Bibler states, “I see it as a true privilege to assist people with their legal needs both for their planning during their lives and for after their deaths or the death of a loved one. I truly love what I do.”
Through consistent networking and presentations, Mrs. Bibler strives to educate others about the benefits of having their affairs in order. Knowledge is power, and, as a former teacher, Mrs. Bibler enjoys teaching about the process and importance
of having a thoroughly prepared plan for when life (and death) happens. If you would like Mrs. Bibler to give an Estate Planning or Probate presentation to your group, please call (480) 837-2170.
Mrs. Bibler is a member of WealthCounsel which is a membership community of more than 2500 estate planning and tax professionals, the State Bar of Arizona, the Maricopa County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Scottsdale Bar Association, and the Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce. She has often volunteered at Wills For Heroes where she provides Estate Planning to first responders and their families. She is married and the mother of two. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, taking walks, hiking, and being on the beach.

It is a joy to work with and learn from, Attorney, Allyson Shepston Bibler, as she skillfully and personally helps the clients navigate this area of the law. For me, the work we do is personally very rewarding, as we are able to help so many families with their legal needs and to see the special comfort this brings to their lives.
My early career spans over 35 years as a senior leader in the hospitality industry, serving as a Hotel General Manager, Director of Sales, Marketing, Revenue, Contract administrator, and Public Relations for several major hotel brands including: Ritz-Carlton Hotels, Hyatt Hotels, Hilton Hotels, and my treasured time spent at the Harris Ranch Restaurant and Inn.
